Nina is a Denver-based attorney who serves families, innovators and entrepreneurs, by providing them with superior legal services. I passionately believe that these three groups keep the world moving forward by fostering the next generation, turning dreams into realities, and starting companies that drive the economy. Her colorful background of experience in the local community, with the judicial branch, in the entertainment industry, and working internationally, allow her to serve these groups with a fresh and unique outlook.Prior to founding Prevot Law LLC, she served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Caschette, Honorable Paul King and Honorable Michael Spear at the Douglas County District Court, where she wrote more than 90 orders resolving civil, criminal, domestic, and probate motions. During law school she worked in the legal department of DC Comics in New York City, where she helped protect some of the most recognizable intellectual property around the globe – the Superman shield and the Batman symbol. She also worked in the Hamburg, Germany office of a multi-national law firm where she assisted senior attorneys with corporate restructuring, litigation, and international law matters.
