  I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole on several businesses that I have bought and sold. Nicole is very knowledgeable and seems to always have an answer to virtually every question or situation readily at hand. She is very responsive and always gets back to me in a timely manner. Since I have done a number of buy/sells there are parts of the agreements that I am very comfortable with and Nicole always has a light touch with those areas. However, I rely heavily on her experience when any unique sections or language appears in a contract. I feel that Nicole is always fair with her billing and she provides excellent value as well as excellent legal services.

  I have worked with Nicole in two distinct capacities. The first Nicole has provided legal council for the firm for which I work. The second has been as a colleague on a separate matter. In both instances, I have been enormously impressed with her work. She is more than thorough in investigating and upholding the law. She has been creative in her approach at times to assure that when the first answer didn't achieve the desired result, that it wasn't the only way to approach bringing resolution to a problem. It's difficult to speak about the ways which Nicole has impressed me, while still maintaining the proper level of confiendentiality, but suffice to say - she's the one I want on my side if ever caught in a position of injustice.

  My husband and I recently hired Nicole Voigt and her firm to handle our NJ home sale closing.
