Nicole Livesey was our attorney for the settlement of my mother's estate. Her attention to every detail and covering every step of the legal process was outstanding. Nicole was incredibly organized, communicative, and dedicated throughout the process of buying my first home. She reviewed and helped me interpret all legal documents in an efficient manner so that I understood what I was signing, and ensured all the behind-the-scenes deliverables were completed on time (title search, title insurance, contract updates, closing disclosure, final document packet preparation, and many more), which allowed us to close early! The property being purchased was a foreclosure, which added to the complexity of the sale, but she made sure everything was correct and taken care of. She significantly reduced the stress associated with buying a home - highly recommend!

From Nicole: I would love create an estate plan that is unique to you and your family that is effective in accomplishing your goals for your finances, family and future. In addition to estate planning,
I work closely with families in need of immediate guidance with regard to planning for long term care. I often work with children of individuals who are in the position to make impactful decision for their parents and need guidance to ensure they are moving in the right direction. Whether that means using assets in the best way to pay for care, or spending down and strategizing for a Medicaid application. I also take on the burden of filing and managing the Medicaid application in full.
Laslty, if a loved one has just passed away, I can assist you with determining what needs to be done in order to ensure the family can effectively administer the estate. I would love to be able to make the process easy to understand and take a burden off your shoulders.
