Nefertiti M. France, Esq, is the Principal at France Law Offices, P.C. in the Greater Chicago Area. She is experienced in all aspects of family law, personal injury, estate planning and mediation. Although many may use the court system as a battle ground, causing more harm to the parties, it is her goal to assist her clients in obtaining a peaceful and satisfactory resolution of their cases to begin their fresh start.
Unfortunately, sometimes cases cannot be settled out of court and a trial is necessary. Only a small percentage of cases are litigated due to the parties inability to come to an agreement. If this occurs, Nefertiti has the experience and knowledge to be a fierce advocate for her clients.
​Primary law practice in IL; also licensed in NJ and PA for non-court appearances only (estate planning, contract review and agreements, settlement negotiations, etc.)
