I am fifty five years old, had a clear criminal history, and was charged with a Felony Assault case. I was scared--my job was on the line. I was also afraid of the possibility of going to prison. I hired Nathaniel and he started work quickly. During his investigation, he discovered evidence proving my innocence. He brought this to the attention of the prosecutors who happily dismissed my case. I think it was helpful that he talked to all the people who knew me to guide them through how to prepare an affidavit for my case. My case was dismissed on his first appearance because of all the work he did out of court.

I was on felony probation when I picked up a misdemeanor case. I was worried about the effect the misdemeanor might have on my probation--whether they would revoke my probation and send me to prison. Nathaniel gave me clear directions on how to collect evidence and what to expect, and was able to get my case dismissed after he discussed my case with the prosecutor. His fee was very reasonable. I recommend Nathaniel to anybody looking for a criminal defense lawyer
