Morgan took her time to talk me through everything. She was sure to answer any specific questions and provided feedback on contracts. She did not rush me and made sure I was comfortable with the information she had provided before moving on to the next section or contract. I reached out to her on multiple occasions outside of the scheduled times that we had set up and she was always courteous and helpful. I would definitely hire Morgan again if the need presents itself.
I hired Ms Rogers during my recent criminal case. With the first call she offered advice on how to proceed. My first court date was cancelled due to a holiday, and I was afraid that I had missed something and bail would be revoked. She got correct information for me and accompanied me to all court dates. She was always available to answer questions as this was my first time to deal with the court system. She explained all actions in the court and advised me on procedure. Ms Rogers called me if there was any change in a court date or if she needed to give me additional information about my case. Her investigation was thorough and the result of the information was enough to cause the grand jury not to indict me. I did not receive all of my personal belongings back after I was cleared, and Ms Rogers personally picked up items and mailed them to me. Her demeanor is professional, and she is highly intelligent, well trained and knowledgeable about the law as was evident in the positive conclusion to my case. Her fees are very reasonable.

Morgan Rogers left the corporate world where she served the interests of banks, oil giants, and insurance companies, in order to provide high dollar, big law firm tenacity and fortitude to those who would not otherwise be given that same level of service - individuals accused of crimes. No matter the accusation, Morgan strives to show her clients that they are important, their story matters, and she will fight tirelessly for a satisfactory resolution.
Morgan grew up in a small town in West Virginia where she saw many of her friends fall victim to the criminal justice system. Much of her time growing up and attending school revolved around visiting and writing friends and family in jails and prisons across the state. After high school, Morgan attended West Virginia University where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology while raising a newborn on her own. Shortly after graduation, in search of a stable future for her and her young son, Morgan moved to Houston, Texas to attend law school at South Texas College of Law.
After law school, Morgan worked as a Senior Compliance Attorney for Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, formerly Fulbright & Jaworski, where she assisted the global firm with ethical and business decisions. Although she was offered the opportunity to grow further in her role at Fulbright, Morgan turned down that opportunity and chose instead to fight for those same people she spent her time in West Virginia supporting - individuals caught in the criminal justice system.
