Monique was extremely helpful during the entire process. She handled the selling of our home and helped us find a new home. She was always there anytime we had any questions or concerns and would always be honest and give us the best advice. Her knowledge as both a real estate agent and licensed attorney definitely came in to play when we had an issue with a potential community and she was able to get our earnest money back. Without Monique, we wouldn't have been able to do this. I would highly recommend her to everyone that we know because she really took the time out to get to know us personally that way she could help us not only sell our previous home, but was very aware and focused on our wants as well as the needs for our new home. Monique has the knowledge, personality, and service that would make anyone feel special.
