Mitch Ghaneie is a smart attorney. He thinks out-of-the-box and views issues from multiple angles. He reviews matters, analyzes the options and responds in a thorough manner. Mitch is aggressive and persuasive when the going gets tough and he has to drive it home. I also found him to be diplomatic and soft-spoken when the situation calls for compromise and a diplomatic resolution. When he was working on my case, achieving my goals were his first priority. I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matters with Mitch and I found him to be a good listener. I highly recommend Mitch and I will not hesitate hiring him again.

I am principal and owner of the Law Office of Mitchell Ghaneie, P.A. In addition to prosecuting patent applications, I also work with clients to prosecute trademark applications. When working on a patent application, I enjoy working closely with businesses and inventors to quickly learn and understand the innovative concepts of an invention. I also enjoy working closely with businesses and entreprenuers when protecting trademark rights. Intellectual property rights are arguably one of the most overlooked assets in a company. My goal is to assist startups and established companies with identifying and leveraging their intellectual property to secure a competitive advantage in their respective marketplace.
