  I have known Minna for the last 5 years as an exemplary candidate in all aspects of her character. As a member of the Alumni network for our sorority, Chi Alpha Delta, I have witnessed that she possesses great follow through and aptitude regarding any difficult situation or task that she sets her mind to accomplish. Not only is she dedicated to her commitments both personal and professional, but she has the ability to successfully handle multiple responsibilities at once so that no area of her life is lacking - this is due to an amazing work ethic and great organization of her time and duties. Minna also exhibits innovation and creativity when it comes to working with, assisting and inspiring those around her; her interpersonal skills have allowed her to develop very productive working relationships.   In the 5 years I have known Minna, she has proven to be both a remarkable team member and an extraordinary leader on the UCLA campus. - As Fundraiser Chair, Minna successfully negotiated deals with third party vendors to provide the necessary funding for operational expenses. - During her time as Social Chairman, Minna liaised with student groups throughout California to coordinate and promote intercampus relations. - Serving as President of the Chi Alpha Delta Sorority, Minna was a great role model for the younger students and was able to effectively delegate responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. Minna is extremely resourceful and proactive in managing her responsibilities to ensure that deadlines are met and goals are reached.

Throughout my years at UCLA, Minna has proven to be exceptional in all fields - school, work, and community. As fundraiser, Vice President, and President of our Asian-American sorority, Minna was not only organized and communicative, but extremely proactive in all her roles. She took on each position with motivation and insight, working hard to better the sorority and the ideals and values we stood for. With such prominent roles on campus, Minna was able to network our Asian American awareness campaign throughout California - reaching out to major universities like UC Berkeley, Stanford, and UC San Diego - to help gather support for our events and goals. It was both a pleasure and a learning experience working and studying aside Minna at UCLA.
