I had the privilege of managing Minia for just over two years and in one word she is a rockstar. She not only made my life much easier but also had a huge impact on our program's firm leading sales and client renewal performance. When Minia joined our division she was able to learn and master our research terrain very quickly, mainly through self-study and shadowing that she completed without any prompting. She has strong organizational skills that she used to develop revenue tracking and client request dashboards that have been immensely helpful for product planning and resourcing decisions. Minia excelled at not only identifying inefficiencies within our internal operations but also taking end to end ownership of fixing a process. She frequently suggested new products, enhancements to the website, and other ideas that helped continue to drive a positive client experience and strong revenue growth. Minia has strong written and verbal communication skills. She was seen as extremely credible by our senior Internal Audit function clients despite her relative young age. She regularly had substantive consultative conversations with our clients using the content knowledge she developed to provide guidance on ways clients could improve their department's performance. She was also well regarded with internal clients, including the sales and account management team, and other research and advisory colleagues. Minia was the only person in her position (out of 12 employees) to receive unanimous support for her promotion to Senior Analyst after a year in the role. Minia was very hard working, responsive, and flexible in taking on multiple challenging projects at once. I would highly recommend Minia and strongly believe she would be a huge asset to any organization.
