  Mike was an amazing mentor to me throughout my internship at CNote. He was a patient teacher and always took the time to go above and beyond to make sure that I learnt new things that were outside my wheelhouse, such as Search Engine Optimization. He encourages collaboration and I always felt heard. Moreover he was always very understanding, flexible and caring, these are just some of the qualities that make him a really great manager. Most of all I loved working with Mike because he is easy going, bringing humour and light into all situations.
