Michael (Mike) Hagen gave me an apt same day and helped my mothers' with her needs in every way. He even reminded her of something she didn't even think of, and the price was very reasonable. The whole staff were very nice and pleasant. We are definitely going to hire him again for the other stuff we talked about.

Mike assisted our daughter in a real estate transaction immediately after she gave birth to her first child who was born with some physical challenges. He was firm with the things that needed to be done while exhibiting genuine sensitivity to her situation. There were some issues discovered during the inspection process which had to be addressed within a specific time span. Mike made sure that all parties involved understood the consequences of letting the time run out. His gentle but firm daily email reminders to both buyer and seller were appreciated by all. Nice job, Mike!

Michael Hagen served as the Lee County Property Appraiser's attorney 1994-2003 and continues to practice property tax consulting and appeals. He owns TaxCuts1, Inc., SW FL's leader in appealing the property tax assessments of commercial and upscale residential properties.
