I woul recommend Michelle M Lauer to anyone and everyone who needs assistance with a guardianship issue. Michelle went out of her way to help us with a most difficult medical guardianship for my young adult daughter. The support and guidance she gave us was truly impeccable, we were never rushed she took as much time as needed to make she explained each step of the process. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. Michelle is truly an awesome attorney and you won't be disappointed.

Michelle Lauer was recommended to me by the William Richards Law Firm when I asked if they might know a good probate lawyer. A younger sister died suddenly with no will and no way for our out-of-state family to access her assets. Within five minutes of meeting and talking with Michelle I knew she was highly competent and compassionate. I was convinced she was the perfect person to guide the family through this legal ordeal after she listened to the details of our dilemma and gathered relevant information. She explained how Arizona law worked and how this case met the criteria for affidavits rather than having to go through probate. Also, the fact that nearly all her debt was non-secured loans, including a large Social Security repayment relieved the worrisome burden of a long process. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done and continues to do with clearing the estate of my sister.

Becoming an attorney provided me with an effective tool set to help people, especially those will disabilities who cannot or do not have the means to advocate for themselves, with probate & trust administration, guardianship & conservatorship proceedings, and estate & long-term planning. This is my passion and doing so brings me joy. The social aspect is the best part of my job, working and connecting with people. I firmly believe, whether personal or professional, the better my relationship is with a person the better the interaction, understanding, and ability to serve their needs.
