I had my initial consultation with Michelle over the phone and her expertise was immediately obvious. She has high ethical standards and really went out of her way to help explain the process of getting a visa for my foreign national fiancé. She really comforted me and I felt like she was on my side- no false promises or dismissal of my concerns, but I feel like now I have the information to make the right decision. Her fee was fair and she really took her time to explain everything to me and her knowledge of the process was impressive.

Michelle has provided invaluable advice and support around US visas and immigration policy to me for over a decade. On a professional level, she and her team have continuously demonstrated that they are as up to speed as anyone on current US immigration policy and its myriad processes and nuances. Michelle has ensured that I have had strong and ultimately successful applications for H-1B and O-1 visas, and recently my Green Card. On a personal level, Michelle and her team have always been a pleasure to work with and have made what is otherwise a daunting world of US immigration seem accessible and navigable. Not an easy task! About

Michelle Hua practices in the area of immigration and nationality law, with an emphasis on business and employment-based immigration matters. For over ten years, Michelle has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including: fashion, multimedia and interaction design, architectural and interior design, advertising and branding, technology, film and television, music, media, performing arts, not-for-profit organizations/foundations, and business consulting.
Michelle primarily handles temporary work visas, with O-1s (for aliens of extraordinary ability) taking up the largest share of her caseload. She also handles H-1Bs and E-3s (for specialty occupation professionals), L-1s (for multinational transferees), TNs (for Canadian and Mexican professionals), and E-2s (for treaty country investors). In the permanent residency/green card context, she represents US employers and individuals in a wide variety of immigration matters, including labor certification (PERM) applications for professionals, and EB-1 immigrant petitions for aliens of extraordinary ability, multinational executives/managers, and outstanding researchers. Michelle also represents individuals seeking to obtain permanent residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
