Attorney Michelle McRee’s estate planning practice focuses on helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow. She excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of legal planning decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals. Whether you are married or single, with a traditional family or blended one, just starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, Michelle will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
Michelle graduated Cum Laude from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013. After graduation, she was an associate at the prestigious law firm of Sommers Schwartz, PC, where she litigated medical malpractice cases. Five years into her career, Michelle changed law firms and shifted her practice area to probate litigation, where she witnessed first-hand what can happen to families when estate plans fail. Disillusioned by the “traditional” estate planning methods, Michelle trained to become a Personal Family Lawyer® and started McRee Law, PLLC, where she is able to practice estate planning in an entirely different way – a way that uniquely serves her clients and protects their families.
Michelle has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because she is passionate about helping families, especially those with young children, create happy and secure futures.
