As Mike Goldberg said to us, he helps people "tie up loose ends while they can still make a knot." My wife and I are expecting a baby in a few months and wanted to get a will and trust set up before the baby's arrival. Mike was thoroughly helpful and diligent in helping us protect the well-being of our future child, mitigate our tax liability, and make life easier for our whole family in the event of our untimely demise. Also worth mentioning, Mike's fee was disclosed upfront. We did not get a surprise invoice later with some random billable hours. We knew exactly how much we were going to spend with Mike before any of the work began. To me, this made the whole experience easier and more productive. Thanks Mike!

I gladly write this review of my experience with Michael Goldberg. He was very kind, attentive and extraordinarily helpful throughout the long, arduous and painful months it took my daughter and I to settle the estate of my wife who died of cancer in July, 2017. His guidance and counsel were instrumental in helping us make the right decisions.

I am a lifelong Chicagoland resident with a passion for helping families plan their estates so their loved ones are cared for upon their passing. I utilize wills, trusts, powers of attorney for property and healthcare, with the goal of both ensuring that assets pass to your intended loved ones and to make sure that the right people are acting on your behalf if you are unable to make decisions.
I am licensed to practice in Illinois and primarily work in Cook County, Lake County, McHenry County, DuPage County, Will County, Kane County, and Kendall County. I am also licensed for the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.
