Michael Freemont is an experienced and very competent attorney. He skillfully presented my case using the facts to reduce my DUI charge to a reckless driving. He is an expert in the area of DUI and will aggressively fight for your rights. I am thankful to have had Mr Freemont on my side. Based on (1) my and my son’s experience with Michael Freemont, through numerous consultations and trial, and (2) my background as a lawyer, I would highly recommend Michael to handle any DUI or DWI case. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law in this area and the processes, procedures, proceedings and evidentiary matters relating thereto, both at the court and department of motor vehicles levels. He always has his client’s best interests in mind and is an extremely effective and successful advocate and communicator of and for those interests. He has very good relationships with judges and prosecutors, but is not hesitant to dispute or argue a position, even at the risk of his personal, but not his client’s, best interests. He has the unique ability develop an appropriate strategy for furthering his client’s best interests and to also think quick and effective on his feet as matters, situations and conditions arise and occur. He is also highly ethical and honest in his advice and direction to his clients and in his dealings with other lawyers and judges. He is an excellent and outstanding lawyer.
