Michael Weinstein has represented me eight times in the past four years from traffic criminal to serious felony cases. I would not be where i am today if it was not for him. Michael is very trustworthy and has excellent communication with his clients. He is also well respected in the courts and with the states attorneys office. I would never consider hiring another attorney.

I selected Michael D Weinsten, Esq., as my attorney slightly more than a year ago. My case concluded in April of 2008. I found Mr Weinstein to be extremely responsive to my questions, immediately available by phone and/or e-mail, and very convincing in his courtroom appearances. Perhaps the most important, to me, was his ability to make me feel as if MY problem was the most important matter that he had on his calendar.

About

I was raised and educated in the State of Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, I attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. During my final year of Law School, I participated in an internship at the Broward County State Attorney's office. Upon graduating from law school I was hired as an Assistant State Attorney. Prosecuting all ranges of crimes from Juvenile through First Degree Felonies I quickly progressed to be a lead Prosecutor running a Division. After four years, I was recruited by Adorno & Yoss an international law firm providing a full range of interdisciplinary services to its clients throughout the Western Hemisphere. Adorno & Yoss is the largest certified minority-owned firm in the United States and the only law firm member of the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council's Corporate Plus Program. It is the most diverse law firm in the country. After three years of working at Adorno, I opened Michael D. Weinstein P.A.
