I've worked with Meaghan on three different occasions and had very positive experiences every time. The first time I worked with Meaghan was when she helped a client of mine. This client's husband was in the hospital in the ICU, in a coma from a sudden and tragic accident. She helped her draw up appropriate papers for a will, DPOA and gave her excellent advice on weather she needed to get a conservatorship for him. This was a highly emotional and difficult situation and she was so kind and diplomatic while explaining these complex and difficult options. Her turn around time was incredibly fast, even meeting on a Sunday since that was the only time that worked for my client. And this happened during the week of Christmas. I was so glad my client was so well taken care of by Meaghan. A few weeks later I hired Meaghan for my own business needs. I had a contract that was offered by another business. She gave me an upfront flat rate quote, turned it around very quickly and gave me some good tips for working in the future. Most recently my domestic partner and I created wills, DPOA and a cohabitation agreement. Meaghan reviewed all the documents created by my partner's attorney. As usual she had quick turn around, was very responsive and made sure all my questions and concerns were fully addressed. If you are a small business owner or independent contractor I highly recommend hiring Meaghan to help you with your legal needs. She knows what she's doing and she is fair and reasonable.

Attorney and certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US) with demonstrated expertise in technology policy strategy, analysis and advocacy, including risk management, data privacy, and human rights. Trusted with navigating clients through the ever-changing, complex patchwork of data protection laws, regulations, rulings, and standards to minimize risk and engender consumer trust.
After graduating from Indiana University School of Law in 2008, I opened my own practice, serving the corporate needs of startup companies and small businesses.
In 2011, I began working in Mountain View helping Google develop its in-house electronic discovery department. Now, I've returned to private practice in San Francisco. Over the years, I've served as in-house counsel for dozens of companies providing large firm services at a fraction of the cost.
In addition to my solo practice, I developed the Advanced Civil Procedure: Electronic Discovery course at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, which I teach during the summer.
