We have been working on a new technology to implement Cloud computing for a few years and when we were ready to go public we sought Matthew's help to properly file the company. He was very professional and enlightened us to many legal matters that otherwise we wouldn't be prepared for. He also helped us file for public encryption certifications. Matthew continues to be our attorney and legal advisor as we dive into this tech competition internationally. I would certainly recommend speaking with him if you are launching a new business or for any related legal advice.
