Matt Eanet helped me with a case years ago. I remember being scared and nervous. Matt made the process easy, smooth and stress-free as possible. And we won so obviously I'm a happy camper. THANKS FOR ALL MATT!!
My relationship with Mr. Eanet began at a difficult time. The operating company he represented was a private investment fund that included 20 equity investors, 10 note holders and a senior secured bank that provided a $4 million LOC. The Fund was the plaintiff in a case involving borrower fraud and had been poorly represented by prior council. Mr Eanet stepped in to continue the Borrower claims as well as fend off claims from the Fund's equity investors. Several other entities were involved which further complicated matters. Mr. Eanet and his firm picked up from where a large and very costly firm left off without missing a beat. Moreover, the legal work they provided was targeted, effective and resulted in favorable resolutions. He has since represented the Fund in ongoing arbitration proceedings with Fund investors. Mr. Eanet continues to represent me and my companies as a general corporate attorney and has become a trusted advisor on all legal matters.
