I have worked with Matt and consulted with him on business, and can say that he and his Firm live up to their billing as a trusted source of advice and expertise for companies undergoing bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings. Matt is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he and his Firm are easy to work with and, maybe even more significantly, highly efficient and driven toward achieving the best results for their clients. I would work with the Firm again in a heartbeat.

Matt is one of the singular best attorneys that I have ever encountered. I have been against Matt on a case, hired Matt on another, and worked with Matt for several years. Matt is an outside of the box thinker, efficient, and well-suited to resolve nearly all commercial issues. I would recommend Matt for any commercial dispute (transactional or litigation). Five stars does not do Matt justice.
