About

Matthew J. Grossman is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida & Tennessee and has handled cases in counties throughout these states, as well as in federal courts throughout the southeast. He has also argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Mr. Grossman’s law practice is primarily devoted to civil litigation and criminal defense. He has worked on both sides of civil lawsuits, defending businesses and individuals as well as receiving six and seven-figure settlements on behalf of individuals suffering serious injuries. He has also handled numerous trucking and transportation cases, including Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) cases on behalf of railroad workers injured on the job. As far as his criminal practice, Mr. Grossman has handled some of the most serious criminal cases in this area, including allegations of murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
Mr. Grossman received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate business degree from Miami University (Ohio). Mr. Grossman has served as a member of the Glynn/Brunswick Bar Association, the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
