I contacted Ms Morelly regarding 2 debt collection cases that I was involved in. She willingly offered me up a large amount of advice for free. I was shocked and very thankful to her for that. In the end, I did decide to hire her for both cases. She won both cases for me and was very easy to deal with and her fees were more than fair. I would absolutely use her again for any legal problems I may have in the future that she is qualified to handle.

Mary Morelly has went above and beyond for my family. I had to hire her from Iowa, after not being able to get any other attorney on the phone. She has made herself very available... Phone calls, texts emails. She's always treated us like her only clients. With her hard work and dedication we won our custody case. I would highly recommend her! Shes now helping with a 3rd situation for us and hasn't steered us wrong.

About

Mary attended Texas A&M University and then later attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a B.A. degree in Legal Studies and then went on to earn her law degree from Barry University School of Law.
While in law school, Mary was the media chairperson for the Black Law Students Association and earned the Member of the Year award during her 2L year. She was also involved in the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and continues to advocate for animals. Mary is appointed to the Animal Law Committee of the Florida Bar.
Mary strives to give back to the community in various ways. She ran for the Florida House of Representatives in 2002, volunteered with the ACLU in assisting in the restoration of civil rights while in law school, and most recently was named a Guardian of Justice in 2014, 2015, and 2016 by Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida.
Mary is licensed in all Florida courts and in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She lives in Volusia County with her husband of 21 years, their Pug, ‘Frank’, and cat, 'Zoë'.
