Mr.McCulloch is a phenomenal attorney to have. He is known for his extensive knowledge as a criminal trial and appeals lawyer. My family is very fortunate to have found Mark after interviewing many lawyers to find the best of the BEST! It was the greatest and most wise decision we could have ever made. He is highly motivated and extremely talented in his line of work. He has been working extensively on my father’s case and we could not be more pleased with an attorney. He has a broad knowledge of many areas of law and will fight for you like you’re his own family. There is no doubt without Mr.McCulloch’s guidance and representation we would not be where we are at today. Our case is still ongoing but we know that the best possible outcome will be achieved with having Mr.McCulloch as our defense attorney. Attorney Mark K. McCulloch represents clients in state and federal appeals, post-conviction, and criminal defense. An accomplished litigator and advocate, Attorney McCulloch was a successful criminal defense advocate in western Massachusetts before moving his practice to Florida. He has successfully represented clients pursuing direct appeal and post-conviction relief in nearly every federal appeals court and in the United States Supreme Court, as well as in all courts in Florida and Pennsylvania. His practice is not limited to appeals. Attorney McCulloch knows his way around the courtroom and has represented criminal defendants charged with simple misdemeanor crimes and those charged with serious felonies including aggravated assault, sex crimes, and homicide.
