I had a settlement for a work related injury that left the medical services for the injury open. The attorneys for the insurance company representing this part of the claim contacted me wanting to close this part of the case and offer me a Medical Set- Aside account to deal with the ongoing expenses related to this injury. Needles to say, I had many questions. Since I now living in South Carolina and needed an attorney in Kentucky, I first contacted the attorney that handled my original case. However, he does not handle Medical Set-Aside accounts. So, I began searching online. I contacted Marcus Roland and he answered many of my questions before he was even hired to represent me in this case. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt in addressing and answering any concerns or questions that arouse during this process. I would highly recommend using him for any legal issue or case involving worker's comp.
