My husband and I just turned down a pro bono lawyer to go with Marcie. We’ve interviewed several lawyers and I told my husband I want her to represent us. She is going to do an amazing job I can just feel it. She stood out by a long shot. I can tell she is a very just person and is highly intelligent in the area of family law. She doesn’t hesitate or give us a bunch of “I don’t knows.” Marcie is very confident and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and what needs to be done. All the other lawyers we interviewed refused to tell us how they could help us unless we agreed to go with them. No advice, nothing. Now why would we blindly go with someone and pay money when they can’t even discuss how they would handle our case? Marcie kept firing out all the things that were wrong with our case and explained what she would do and what we need to do. Another thing that stuck out is she is a great and patient listener. That is so important. A few that we interviewed kept cutting us off and talked too much that we forgot the important things we wanted to say. We got off the phone feeling like they didn’t care. I’m just really excited and looking forward to working with Marcie. I don’t feel hopeless about our case anymore. I can’t wait to get this all started. :)
Attorney's don't get enough credit for changing people's lives. That's exactly what Marcie did for me. Like many divorced fathers with children, I was struggling to rectify some issues I was experiencing with getting fair visitation rights with my son. At the end of the ordeal, Marcie was able to get me MORE than I was asking. As a result, I now get to spend more time with my son than I ever expected. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Marcie. I felt that my previous lawyer was not aggressive enough in pursuing my case. Marcie was aggressive enough to get things done while not coming across as abrasive. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Marcie and highly recommend her services.

Attorney Marcie Fronefield attended undergraduate at the Ohio State University, where she obtained a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Human Development. From there she went on to teach I.E.P's to children with autism before she headed off to NY for law school. While in NY, she clerked at firms focusing on high-income divorce. After submerging herself in the NY legal community, she decided it was time to head back to the Buckeye State. Since being back, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in criminal defense of both misdemeanors and felonies, federal court, personal injury, and domestic relations matters.
When Ms. Fronefield isn't spending her time working diligently for her clients, she is at home with her two rescue shelties or out on the recreational soccer fields with her friends. Recently, she has taken on a position with the United Way's new LINC program as they try to engage millenials in the community. She is also involved in the Columbus Bar Association, even playing (not so well) on their recreational softball team.
