Luke is genuinely a dedicated and dependable lawyer! He charted me through a very difficult divorce which was complicated by a lawsuit, as well as a my spouses bankruptcy. The process was complicated and extremely draining for me, and Luke not only provided me with legal confidence but also the necessary support and compassion I needed to navigate through it. He was devoted to getting me the best possible outcome in my case. When I needed legal expertise beyond family law, as pertaining to the lawsuit and my spouses bankruptcy, Luke recommended an excellent attorney, Maureen Steady LLC, who specializes in this area and who was able to negotiate a timely and reasonable settlement for me. During one of the most trying times of my life I caught a break by retaining the firm of Davis and Mendelson. After some time my lengthy case was masterfully tackled by Luke (aka, Mr. Griffith). His patience, understanding, and compassion simply enhance his professionalism. He is truly a dedicated attorney, very knowledgeable in family law and other fields. Due to the complexity of my case many motions have been filed, numerous court appearances have taken place and he has always represented the facts and has been prepared to argue each. I can not express enough how I would recommend Luke to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

About

Compassionate and professional representation of client's in need of practical solutions in the area of family law is my specialty.
Every day I am motivated by the opportunity to help clients meet their objectives through practical, reality based solutions. For the last fifteen years I have worked to help others in various service oriented capacities. More specifically I have worked with non-profits, advocated for troubled or disabled youth and thier families, taught at various levels, trained or supervised other professionals or collegues, and eventually transitioning into the role of advocate and attorney. I have been fortunate to work in both the public and private sectors, to have represented both corporate and individual interests, to have appeared frequently in Federal ans State Court and to have lived/worked both domestically and abroad. I speak fluent Spanish and have gained a diverse range of legal experience that is now utlized to meet the needs of my clients.
My training, education and experience has included foreign service, business based representation of clients, more than five years of work in a managerial role, considerable public speaking/facilitation engagements and the development of strong advocacy skills that are regularly demonstrated before Family Courts throughout South Jersey. Empathy, persistent preparation and professionalism are in my estimation the attributes that I beleive make a good attorney. Honesty, integrity and hard work are the characteristics that guide my practice and have helped establish a reputation as an attorney who can get the job done.
Although I love my work, in my free time I love spending time with my family. My wife, Michelle, and children Samuel and Anna are nothing short of amazing and fill my life with joy. My hobbies include reading, teaching, running, soccer and weekend warrior landscaping.
