I hired Leah to assist me in dealing with an employment dispute. I found Leah to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the law in relation to my case and was extremely responsive to my needs. She was a true "bull dog" who continued to push the other side when they became slow to respond to questions and requests. In the end, Ms. Farmer got me a much better settlement than I could have on my own. I would hire Leah in a minute if I would find myself dealing with any future legal issues in the employment field.
Ms. Farmer helped my husband and I navigate a non-compete employment contract issue. She was thorough and efficient. She supplied us with actual cases that backed up our position and helped us make sense of all the legal jargon. We would certainly hire her again in the future.
It takes a dynamic and multi-talented person to excel at a professional theatre company. This is why Leah thrived at Whole World Improv Theatre. I first met her in an intensive six month improvisation training program. In the years that followed, we shared a multitude of rewarding stage and life experiences together. Moreover, Leah has the ability to wear multiple hats. Whether she was managing the needs of the theatre's patrons in the cafe or entertaining them on stage, her presence and camaraderie were always a delight. I have no doubt that the leadership and communication skills she mastered during that period provided her with the expertise to succeed in any field she pursues.
Leah is one of the best managers I have worked with
Leah emits a great energy while accomplishing the task in hand with sharp precision. She can handle a lot of stress with great composure. Leah also has great people skills that shine. She works great as part of a team or as an individual. She is self-motivated and a go-getter! I think any employer who will have a chance to hire her is lucky; I sure was. I will be more than happy to provide further information for future recruiters.
Leah is a very detailed oriented person with an extremely professional attitude in every aspect of her job. She was a Project Manager of number of projects at one time and excelled at all of them. She was gifted in taking the customers problems, embracing them and finding the best resolutions should any issues arise. I would want Leah on my team under any circumstances.
Leah is a wonderful person. She is very professional and is well liked by everyone she worked with. She is a very quick study and works incredibly without direction. RCS/I would love to have her return to RCS.
Leah is tremendously outgoing and knows how to handle people well. She has excellent communication skills as well as a "can do" attitude. Never failed to complete a request well. I would recommend her for any addition to an organization!
I had the pleasure of working with Leah while she was manager of the Prince of Wales and Whole World Theatre. Leah is was always focused on delivering a positive experience and developing relationships. She is a testment to positive thought and actions.
Leah was always head and shoulders above her equals. Always personable and quick to execute tasks. Extremely helpful and fair in all dealings.
I was a long-time patron of the Prince of Wales before it closed. Before Leah came aboard, the bar had been without a manager for a while and the service and overall vibe had suffered a bit. But Leah brought the bar back to life and made it fun to just sit in there and hang with the regulars. Speaking of regulars, Leah knew all of us on a first-name basis and made sure we were always happy. If I ever brought a clients or a group in for a celebration, I knew I could call Leah and she would make sure we had everything we needed. On the fateful night it closed, Leah was considerate enough to call the regulars and let us know it was our last chance to say good-bye to our neighborhood establishment. I miss that place and I miss seeing Leah's welcoming presence behind the bar.
Leah- is a hard driven working machine. She is dedicated to every job she takes on. Her friendly and approachable personality make her ideal to work with.
To Whom it may concern, It gives me great pleasure to give a recommendation for Leah Farmer. I have worked for Leah in two different companies for the last four years. She is highly charismatic and has a terrific knack for charming customers. She has a zest for life and a variety of interests. She can relate to people in many ways and on many levels, and would make a great sales executive among other professions. Leah is the personification of calmness in tough situations. I have on many occasion been "In the weeds", as they say, during a busy shift and Leah was always there to clear the way for me and get me back on track. Let me say that I have no doubt she can adeptly meet any challenges. She has shown repeatedly that she is profoundly dedicated and responsible. She has done double shifts, worked on most holidays, and filled in a number of times for wait and bar staff. I would without any reservation recommend Leah to you. She would be a tremendous asset to any company. Sincerely, Melina E. Dailey
