THE FIRST TIME I CALLED I SPOKE WITH DIANNE (KYLES WONDERFUL ASSISTANT).. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO, I WAS A TOTAL WRECK. I WENT IN THE NEXT MORNING AND SPOKE TO KYLE. I WAS CRYING SO MUCH I COULD HARDLY TALK. I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY. HE TOOK MY CASE, I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE HAD KYLE AND DIANNE TO HELP ME THROUGH ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT TIMES IN MY LIFE, THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, BUT BELIEVE ME, THEY ARE NO PUSHOVERS. THEY WILL FIGHT TO HELP YOU. YOU WON'T GET A BUNCH OF LIP SERVICE FROM THEM, THEY MEAN WHAT THEY SAY AND DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY'RE GONNA DO. I AM VERY BLESSED TO HAVE HAD KYLE AND DIANNE IN MY CORNER. IF I COULD I WOULD TELL MT WHOLE STORY BUT I BELIEVE I HAVE TO KEEP IT LIMITED. AND I THINK THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A REVIEW FOR KYLE ALONE BUT I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT DIANNE ALSO BECAUSE THEY WERE A TEAM FOR ME. SO JUST KNOW THAT KYLE AND DIANNE ARE ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST. I WILL ALWAYS THINK OF THEM WITH A WARM SMILE, AND A THANKFUL HEART. KYLE, YOU'RE THE BEST!!! : )

I practice primarily in the areas of business and civil litigation, municipal law, and real estate disputes. Additionally, I assist clients as they navigate through the complexities of criminal defense and family law matters. My goal is to solve my client’s problem in the most favorable and cost-effective manner.I knows what it means to work hard and get my hands dirty. My first job was as a paperboy at age 11. Since that time I have built a diverse work history which includes special education, construction, and operating small businesses. Prior to joining Bakke Norman, I worked as a law clerk in a mid-size civil defense litigation firm and a small criminal defense firm. I also volunteered as a law clerk with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans. I draw from this extensive work history to understand and serve the unique needs of my clients.When I am not wearing a suit and tie, you may find me wearing Army fatigues. As an infantry officer in a Wisconsin Army National Guard Scout Sniper Platoon, I take pride in serving my community and country. I look forward to applying that same work ethic and dedication to each of my clients.
