From her continuous participation in student/alumni mentoring programs to providing career guidance and advice to students at all levels, Kriti continues to make a difference in students' careers. Kriti's mentorship has certainly made a significant impact in my personal and professional development. During my time at MLSListings, Kriti spent countless hours teaching me how to draft and negotiate contracts, file trademark applications, and work with non-legal teams to address various business needs, ranging from copyright infringement to corporate governance issues. In addition to everything she taught me, I truly appreciated her sincere and genuine interest in my professional growth, as she always invited me to any career networking events that she thought would be of interest to me. Managing both Data Licensing and Compliance teams at MLSListings, Kriti values collaboration and the input of others, both of which are essential skills for someone entrusted with leading a team.   Kriti was our summer intern in 2014. She is extremely focused, hardworking, and detail oriented, and she worked well with different members of my legal team. She was able to handle a variety of projects, ranging from research to contract redlines to assisting with the less than glamorous but critical aspects of a complex release review. More importantly, Kriti already has great communication and soft skills, and she presented effectively and with poise on her projects during an end of the summer session before our GC.   It is without reservation that I recommend Ms. Kriti Rajput for a highly responsible and fast-paced opportunity at a company that values high intelligence, solid work ethic, speed, efficiency and superb Legal skills (as an Intern), along with a friendly and engaging personality. I had the privilege of being Ms. Rajput's trainer/mentor and colleague at Zuora, and her beneficial presence at Zuora was felt almost immediately. She learned SFDC to the point where she created special contract fields to track important contract terms, and became a reliable go to person for deal status and other SFDC fundamentals. Beyond that, she quickly learned key terminology and issue spotting in our legal documents and was able to redline and negotiate these flawlessly, as if she were a fully licensed attorney. She also took initiative in processing Zuora's trademarks and was involved in a number of Zuora's security initiatives, all sensitive work requiring timeliness, intelligence and diligence. in my opinion, her work product and professionalism are impeccable, and she would be a tremendous asset to a company who values these qualities and can provide this bright legal professional plenty of challenges, as she is fully capable of handling them.
