  Kristopher was responsible for hiring me at the Women's Choice Award. He is the sole reason I took this position. He takes so much care and consideration in making sure the right people come on board. I just knew that I wanted to be one of those people. I've had the pleasure to watch Kristopher excel wearing multiple professional hats including, but certainly not limited to attorney, HR , finance, operations, and my personal favorite, "Chief Happiness Officer", which I personally dubbed him, due to the onboarding process that he so carefully crafted at our company. It is because of him, and the people he so carefully chose to be here, that I can honestly say I absolutely LOVE each and every person I work with, and it is a joy to hop out of bed and come to work each day. Kristopher is loyal. hardworking, acutely intelligent, insightful, thorough, funny, dependable, honest, compassionate, and kind.
