MN had a recent law change that affected LLC governing documents. Kimberly reviewed our operating agreement and suggested a few changes. All in a timely (and cost effective) manner!

Kimberly Hanlon is phenomenal! She put together an LLC for me and then when we were unable to perform part of the contract because of a third party she REFUNDED me a portion of my initial payment. How many lawyers can you say happily refunded you a portion of your payment? I had such a great experience with Kimberly I will be having her review additional incorporation documents soon.

I focus on the client experience, in addition to the results. Business gets passed, ideas get shared, and practices grow. We offer resources that normally wouldn't be available to an attorney on their own.
My favorite part of doing what I do is working with the amazing people who are my clients. I love being able to make a difference for people, and to help them with what matters most to them - their families and their businesses.
