Ken has been an associate and friend for years. He has been our firm's attorney since inception. He handles our admittedly modest legal requirements as though we were his largest and most important client. I suspect he treats every one of his clients in the same, professional, personal manner.
Ken represented an adverse party in a matter involving one of my clients. While zealously representing his client, he was a fair and reasonable adversary. I have no hseitation in referring clients to him.
Ken was opposing counsel in a difficult disability discrimination matter. He represented his client vigorously and thoroughly. Ken treated me respectfully and professionally. He is a man of his word, and I have since referred matters to him where I have a conflict or cannot otherwise represent the individual.
Ken possesses the legal expertise, practical know-how and personal insight to tackle employment law problems (and other legal issues) in a sensitive and effective manner. I have been impressed with his analysis and recommendations for resolving problems and highly recommend him.
Ken is very knowledgable and quick to respond to requests. I know that I can count on him to provide great service to my clients. I would highly recommend Ken to any company that is in need of an attorney who is highly intelligent and also has outstanding people skills. Ken is a pleasure to work with.
