  Kate was a student in two of my classes: Lawyering Skills I and Criminal Law. At the beginning of the Criminal Law semester, Kate told me that she wanted to work toward the CALI award for the highest grade in the class. Guess what? She did. This is one example of Kate's vision, perseverance, and academic talents. Any law practice would be lucky to have her.

  I would highly recommend Kate for a position in any form of law. Not only is she bright and thoughtful, but dedicated to working hard and carefully on any task that I asked her to perform. Recently she assisted me in a complex litigation concerning multiple parties. Kate was invaluable in assisting me to propound more than 45 subpoenas to deponents. Kate drafted the subpoenas, organized responses from the deponents and analyzed the information to determine who the next deponent should be. Kate is inquisitive and curious concerning questions of fact and law in a wide variety of subjects.
