Justin was well prepared for trial and had researched the specific law as it applied to this case. He made a compelling argument and won.
Justin was an amazing help through our process. I was involved in an incident with my apartment complex where there was serious damages and flooding in our apartment. The flooding was a result of a pipe in the apartment above us being ruptured. Myself and my roommate, no fault of our own, suffered combined damages of approximately $4000 to personal property. As a result of the flooding I was displaced from my room for about a month while repairs were made. There were machines being used in our unit to dry the carpeting, those machines ran up our electric bill as well. Our property management company, through whom we, had the lease was horrible through the process. They demanded that we pay our rent in full, and claimed no responsibility, or accountability for the damages, or loss in use of our rooms. We enlisted the counsel of Justin, and he was marvelous. With one email to the property managers they had agreed to abate our rent by $600 for the first month. That's when Justin really went to work, he sent following emails citing several statutes. The property managers then began to play ball. In the end, Justin's hard work lead to us being awarded a total of $3750 in damages paid in the form of rent abatement and utilities credits from the property management. Originally they hadn't agreed to offer us anything. Thanks Justin!

I am an associate at Padway & Padway Law Offices. I represent client in personal injury, business, and criminal matters. I focus heavily on criminal justice work. Before practicing in Wisconsin I worked at the New York Innocence Project under founder Barry Scheck who gained notiriety for his work on the OJ Simpson trial alongside Johnny Cochran. The Innocence Project focuses on exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals using DNA evidence. I then worked at the New York Law Firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP where I split my time between pro bono matters and complex financial litigation. However, I always knew that I wanted to return home to fight for the people in the community that raised me. I consider myself a fearless trial attorney and a zealous advocate for my clients. I genuinely care about my clients on a personal level and take great pride in standing between my clients and the face of injustice. I truly love my job and I am eager to put in the long hours necessary to secure a succesful outcome. With me, representation does not end with a succesful legal result. I take pride in establishing broader relationship with my clients that focuses on putting them in the best position to succeed in life, well outside of the confines of the court house.
