While my law firm offers all the services of a traditional estate planning firm, my passion is to solve some of the serious problems our seniors and their families unfortunately face as we age. I assist clients with Long-Term Care Planning, qualifying for Medi-Cal Benefits, avoiding Medi-Cal Recovery, Asset Protection, Veterans Aid & Attendance Benefits, and many other legal issues associated with growing older. I take great pride in custom planning for my clients taking into account all aspects of their unique lives and serving each with respect, patience, honesty and integrity.
My legal career spans over twenty years. I earned my law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1996 and an advanced law degree (LL.M) in Taxation and Estate Planning in 1999. I am an accredited attorney by the Veteran’s Administration to represent Veterans and an active member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), ElderCounsel, and the Trusts & Estates Section of the California State Bar.
