I fell victim to the not so wise choice of drinking and driving with a bac of 1.8 (more than double the limit) and Mr. Rupp was able to reduce my case from a DUI to a driving while impaired. He is a very kind and intelligent gentleman who can be very personable. He knew the ins-and-outs of the laws of my case and i am very glad he was able to work with me on Mr. Collins behalf. I cannot begin to express how grateful i am of the hard work he put in for me on this case, and i would very much recommend him to ANYONE who may also find themselves in a similar unfortunate situation as myself.

Salt Lake City criminal defense lawyer Joseph Rupp began pursuing a life in the legal field after a successful 27-year career in the Marine Corps. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College Of Law, and interned at Holy Cross Ministries Immigration Law as well as at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Weber State University and Master’s Degrees in International Studies and Diplomacy.
