Joseph is a courteous man. He had all paperwork done in a timely manner, and took care of everything that needed to be done on his own while constantly keeping me informed and up to date on the progress of my case. Was able to get my felony charge down to essentially nothing. His price was very afforable for what he delivers. Glad I chose this lawyer and would do so again, would recommend to anyone in need of a real professional.

Mr. Piomelli is a personal injury attorney serving the communities of Naples, Marco Island, and Fort Myers.
While studying at Ave Maria School of Law, Mr. Piomelli remained very active while he participated in moot court, worked as a student ambassador, library assistant and IT assistant. Mr. Piomelli’ s work experience included, the Office of the Guardian ad Litem Program in Fort Myers FL, The Chambers for the Honorable Judge Michael A. Shipp United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey, the State Attorney’s Office Collier County and at a local Fort Myers civil litigation firm. He was also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
Prior to joining Musca Law, Mr. Piomelli fought for the rights of hundreds of parents at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Fort Myers. Mr. Piomelli provided affordable and competent legal services for indigent residents of Lee County.
Mr. Piomelli also worked at the State Attorney’s Office in Ocala Florida where he prosecuted a wide variety of misdemeanor cases. His cases commonly involved DUI, drug possession, criminal traffic offenses, domestic violence and petit theft. Mr. Piomelli also prosecuted misdemeanor offenders for the State Attorney’s Office Collier County. He is a member of the American Bar Association and The Lee County Bar Association.
