I came to Joe with a simple possession ticket. Being on probation I really could not afford to be charged with it. So we sat and talked about my situation and what were some possible ways to go about it. While talking to Joe mother once did I feel like he was judging me or like I was just another client. I felt like he really was in my corner and wanted the same things I did; it was like my fight was his and a personal mission for him. I also didn’t get that feeling like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I left his office feeling hopeful about my situation and went on about my life. He’d call me and kept me in the loop about my case and how the progress was going. Well on the day of court we meet and talked at the court house. We went in the court room I took a seat and he went bout talking to a few people. After about 20 minutes he came up behind me with the officer that had pulled me over and we talked a few minutes. At the end of the conversation I shook hands with the officer (lot not sure why at the time but did) and thanked him. Joe and I walked out of the court room and he filled me in on what had just happened. Charges had been dropped and I was free to go. I thanked Joe for the help and work and went on about my day thanks to him.
Mr Leventis is an extremely knowledgeable, lawyer whom represented my husband on a felony criminal matter/s. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone, I felt relieved - He looked over the evidence with a fine tooth comb and he came up with a strategy to pursue the intent of dismissal. He was successful and the charges were dismissed in a very timely matter which greatly exceeded my expectations. I will be forever grateful for his assistance with clearing up this matter and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a criminal attorney.
