Mr. Miller was more than willing to assist me in answering questions while I was completing paperwork for a possible informal probate. He took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions that kept me from incurring unnecessary court costs. As an attorney, I have the privilege of helping my clients make important professional and personal life decisions. Whether those decisions revolve around the creation of a personal, custom estate plan tailored to their unique situations and families, or creating a busines entity that will help take a company to the next level.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked in the financial services industry and regularly dealt with individuals who had no plans for either their own financial future, or the financial future of those they love. It is extremely satisfying to see the relief in someone's eyes when they complete a comprehensive plan that will help provide for them and for those they love without extensive court involvement or professional fees.
Additionally, as both a past and present business owner, I am also keenly aware of the importance people place on protecting and growing their business. Whether it is creating a Limited Liability Company, Partnership, Corporation, or other entity, a company is a valuable asset that needs protection and proper attention.
