  I have worked with JT on many IT vendor management and contract situations. We have also worked together on strategic projects, teams, and committees covering M&A activities, implementing new business lines and policies, risk management, etc. JT's strategic thinking goes far beyond the legal walls.   It is a pleasure and an honor to offer this recommendation on JT. As JT embraced his position as Corporate Counsel, he made it his mission to become much more actively engaged with Field Management than his predecessors had been. And he did this in an outstanding manner. He would attend RFP presentations and offer forth the Company's position on potentially litigious issues, he took the lead in learning and then defining the Company's Export/Import Control policies, and he remained in constant contact with the Field to ensure that their questions were answered. He was a wonderfully knowledgeable and articulate resource who always made himself available to Management, Clients, and Staff, while never imposing himself on those groups. The clients thoroughly enjoyed his personable, knowledgeable, and engaging demeanor to the point where he tilted the balance of contract discussions in our Company's favor. Staff and Management also appreciated his approach, and this approach coupled with his disarming demeanor are traits that are rarely displayed by General Counsel. JT is the complete General Counsel for a sales organization, and that's why it is with such ease that I write this recommendation. It was a true pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend him!

  JT is notyour typical lawyer. In fact, due to his infectious demeanor and likability, it's hard to put the standard definition of 'lawyer' on JT. Now I say this because I have connected with JT on both a personal and professional level. JT's advice in terms of legal and compliance issues centered around TAC Worldwide were sound, intelligent and he always had the company's interest in mind first and foremost.
