Founder of the Law Office of Jonathan Gilbert, located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
I help my clients with the legal side of starting, operating and selling their businesses and real estate holdings, as well as working with philanthropic people and groups in the startup and operation of not-for-profit organizations.
My practice areas include:
Startups and Existing Companies, including working with small, large, and family-owned business in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, including business entity selection, finance, licensing, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate purchases, sales and leasing.
Hospitality Law, including acquisitions, financing, operations, and management and operation of hotels & resorts and private clubs; alcoholic beverage licensing; development and amenity strategies for master-planned communities and condominiums. I am the former Chair of The Leisure & Resorts Group, an internationally recognized legal and business consulting practice focusing on the construction, development, financing and operation of hotels, resorts, private clubs and other hospitality-industry entities.
Automobile Dealerships and Senior Care Facilities:Acquisition, Financing, Operation, Management and Disposition.
Not-for-Profits: Formation and operation of Florida-based not-for-profit corporations.
