Jon and his firm represented me in an employment wrongful termination dispute which ultimately required filing a law suit. The matter was finally settled with the assistance of a mediator. Through out the process, which lasted almost two years, Jon was a forceful advocate for me. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable in New Jersey employment law and understanding of the emotional and financial stress I was under. I would highly recommend Jon and his firm.

I recommend Jon who represented me in a hard fought wrongful termination case. There are lots of dynamics in a termination case. No matter how much you feel wronged, there will be times of self-doubt as the other side hammers away at you to try to make you doubt yourself and the case. It was important to have an attorney like Jon and his firm who understood what really happened, what was right and what was wrong, and helped make sure we gathered appropriate evidence and could present the case to prove it. He understands what it takes to present your case in the real situations of the legal system and how to make sure you understand the process and get a reasonable outcome.

I have worked in employment litigation matters in which Jon was my adversary, representing plaintiffs in employment litigation in matters wherein I represented companies and/or individual defendants. Jon has always provided excellent representation to his clients in those matters, being highly knowledgeable about both the procedural and substantive aspects of such complex matters, and has always comported himself at the highest levels of professionalism both with his clients in my presence, with the judges we have interacted with, and with opposing counsel. He represents his clients wtih vigor and intelligence, while at the same time making practical and sensible decisions. I have always felt that one of the ultimate compliments a lawyer can recieve is when adversaries can have a high level of respect for each other even after a very difficult and intense legal battle is concluded. That is how I view Jon Green-someone who will fight for his client with a high degree of expertise, balanced with practicality and common sense. Over 30 years experience in employment litigation cases that comprise trials and appeals in discrimination, harassment retaliation, whistleblower retaliation under New Jersey law and federal Dodd-Frank Act, breach of contract, and restrictive covenant cases.
