Mr Nicholson spent 40 minute with me during my initial consultation. He was knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I finally have a date for my Social Security Disability hearing. His office staff has educated me regarding the process going forward. I am optimistic about my hearing with the judge.

I am kinda new to Dayton, so when I needed a lawyer I just pulled up Lawyers in Dayton, I called a few, but John was the first to even take my phone call. He wasn't the kind of lawyer I needed he said, BUT he gave me the name of a lawyer that was GREAT. In my book that alone made me have great respect for him. Thank you for everything John! Deb W
