As a start up company, John gave me very helpful ideas for helping my business plan. The contract he helped made is very well completed and as able to solve a problem in a short time left me more time for other movement for my business. He is definitely a professional lawyer can help companies well established and the tips he gave are very valuable for further movement as well.
I've worked with many attorneys from real estate, estate planning, tax, and that sort of thing but until I met John I could not find a good securities attorney at a value. I started my hedge fund about three years ago and finding representation has been a revolving door. Attorneys are "Johnny on the spot" until land your business. I find that John knows even more than the "better" attorneys at the larger firms at their exorbitant billing rates. John isn't what I call cheap, but he provides value. If your'e on a budget, he'll allow you to do some of the lifting to offset some cost. As a fund manager, ideally, you let your attorney do ALL the work but that isn't feasible at the stage I'm in - so John makes it work. Also, he often goes beyond the traditional legal advice and gives it to you even though it's unsolicited - marketing, sustainability, lowering future risks, etc. I got to admit, at first, I was somewhat bristled but then found it to be really helpful and value-added since I'm not paying for this extra knowledge per se. I highly recommend John and will follow up with my review(s) as I continue to work with him.
I have seen a multitude of cases wherein John Myer at ÆON LAW (previously AXIOS LAW) made sure that everything he wrote in his engagement letters to his new clients was done, and done well, as well as watching how he, unless many other atttonrey's I've worked with, took extra time out to make sure all of his invoices to his clients were correct, fair, and accurately represented what he had promised them,a ll for an extremely (almost overly) fair professional fee. During the year that I worked with him, I saw him display an exceptional work ethic; he worked very hard to make sure his work product exceeded every one of his client's expectations. His standards of "work ethic" far exceeded the average attorney--or even financial/business related professional, and I personally hold him in highest regard. Without hesitation I would recommend him to any of my clients in need of his services, knowing they would be taken care extraordinarily well, not mention that they would receive more straight forward advice than any most attorneys in his specialty of business and financial management and advice. I thoroughly enjoyed working with John because of everything I stated above, and because he is genuinely an honorable and fine person.
John is a smart and uniquely valuable asset to his clients. When I say smart, I mean that John works in a more complex and technical area of law than many of the people he works for comprehend. It demands a great deal of intellectual curiosity from a lawyer, and he's got it in spades. He's always working hard to look for new ways to make the law work for his clients. When I say he's a great asset I mean that he really rolls up his sleeves and takes his clients' successes personally. He takes a very active and thoughtful approach to the practice of law that few other lawyers can match. I've seen it both as his client, and while working with him.
We are a very small company, yet John has made us feel like an important and valued client from day one. He has consistently done excellent work for us, anticipating what we will need and when will need it. Furthermore, John has always worked within our budget, helping us make cost-effective decisions about the work he can provide without sacrificing quality or promptness.
I had the great pleasure of working with John while I was with Ocwen Financial Corporation. Unlike many in the legal profession, he triumphs using both sides of the brain. On the one hand, a quick, witty and brilliant mind; on the other hand a brilliant attorney. John is conscientious, creative, and gets results by staying focused on the issues and the goals. I would recommend John to anyone, and look forward to utilizing his expertise again in the future.

John was instrumental in helping me establish my LLC. His knowledge of corporations and contracts quickly enabled me to determine the most effective and legally comprehensive type of terms and liabilities I would need to ensure my corporation could be successful without fear of inadequate comverage.
