Mr Hedrick and his staff are patient and wonderful people! By the way you are treated you feel like you are their only client! They are willing to answer any and all questions without making you feel like your are stupid or bothering them! They are truly on your side!!!

I was injured at work in 2016. I knew this injury could be life changing and possibly career ending. After speaking with my attending doctor, I learned that I would never be able to work in the same capacity again. At this point, I reached out to Mr. Hedrick for a consultation. Mr. Hedrick was receptive, kind, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned for me as a person. As my claim went on, it was apparent that I needed representation because my employer had attorneys working on their behalf looking out for their best interest. I again met with Mr. Hedrick and retained him as my attorney. This was one of the best decisions I made during this very long, difficult process. Mr. Hedrick was there to give guidance, suggestions and advice in what was a life changing situation for me. Ultimately due to my injury, I had to change careers but Mr. Hedrick was there during this entire process. I don't think I could have come to a better resolution in my case and I know for a fact it would not have ended favorably if not for Mr. Hedrick's services. If I had the exact same scenario occur again, Mr. Hedrick would be my first and last phone call.

John Hedrick has focused his legal career on North Carolina workers’ compensation law since 1994. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Hedrick served as a Deputy Commissioner of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (like a judge for workers’ compensation cases). In 2000, Mr. Hedrick began representing injured employees throughout the State of North Carolina.
The North Carolina State Bar certified Mr. Hedrick as a Specialist in North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law in 2003. He was recertified in 2008 and 2013. In 2002, Mr. Hedrick received an AV, Preeminent Rating, the highest peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
