I use John almost exclusively as our legal council in the area of the country in which he is licensed to practice. His firm (and himself) are every streamlined and organized. He is a pleasure to deal with and I think he has an excellent legal mind. I have used him in consumer contract litigation numerous times and he has handled many bankruptcy cases for me. I have used him in estate claims as well. He is well rounded in all aspects of collection law. He is a powerful force in his profession.

About

Mr. Fletcher holds degrees in economics from Clemson University (1980), and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (1987). Mr. Fletcher is experienced in handling diverse matters and issues, which include such actions as Foreclosures, Claim and Delivery (Replevin), Federal and North Carolina Appeals, Civil litigation, (including defense of institutional clients in Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, and other consumer cases), and commercial litigation and representation of banks, mortgage lenders, vehicle and equipment lessors, and manufactured housing lenders. Mr. Fletcher has authored numerous unpublished manuscripts on bankruptcy, collections, and leasing, and has been a past speaker on varied topics involving creditors’ rights.
