John has been great to work with! I first met him when I needed him to look over some contracts. Since then, he looks over everything before I sign it, has guided me on setting up my LLC and is my continued attorney for everything in my business. He is easy to talk to and explains everything, so I fully understand it. I would highly recommend him!

John Espinosa is passionate about helping entrepreneurs do business right. As an entrepreneur who grew up working in small businesses, John understands the needs of entrepreneurs and knows that it is not an easy path to take. John has faced personal adversity and knows how hard it can be to go it alone. John was the first in their family not only to graduate from college but also to pursue graduate studies. John battled and survived a rare form of cancer called Synovial Sarcoma. To save John’s life, their arm was amputated at the elbow in May of 2015. John has been cancer free ever since. That life-altering experience helped John decide to take the plunge and start their own law practice. After teaching business law to entrepreneurs in the community for several years, John set out to serve the ever-changing needs of entrepreneurs with a new way to practice law. John puts your needs as an entrepreneur first, giving you convenient access to quality legal advice and services for your business without the need to go to an office.
