Having John as my patent attorney was a very positive experience. When an issue or project arises that will necessitate the assistance of an attorney most people get a tepid feeling not unlike having to go to the dentist; you don't want to do it - but it is something that has to be done. I would state that John is square in his dealings. For the lexicon challenged square is an old time description meaning the fellow is straight up and plumb honest.

John provided fantastic guidance throughout the entire process of filing for a utility patent. He was more than helpful in explaining the process and what was to be expected throughout the process. I graduated with a JD from The University of Texas at Austin and later clerked for the Honorable Richard St. Clair in the Seventh Judicial District of Idaho (Idaho Falls).
